Park City Get-Away

With all the craziness that school and work brought into our lives, I had been begging Brock for a little getaway just for us. We both finally took a much needed day off of work and the two of us went up and stayed the evening in Park City. Despite the fact that Park City during the start of May is not the happening place it is during the ski and summer seasons, this retreat was just what we both needed! We spent the evening walking along main street (although nearly everything was closed) and then hot-tubbing in the 6 jacuzzi tubs at our hotel.

The next day I convinced Brock to walk up and down Main Street again (his other less appealing option was to walk around the park and he decided the shops were more exciting than a football field), and he was nice enough to humor me with a few more pictures. We then ventured up to the Olympic Venue and decided that once they had the water ski jumps going we'd come back and watch. We ended the day shopping at the outlets and stuffing ourselves full at the Ruby Tuesday salad bar. . . the perfect end to a perfect little get-away!
